Click on About Phone and hit seven-time on Build Number of Device
Click the Developer Option and Enable USB Debug and OEM Unlock
Open the Z3X box setup and select a model number like SM-G361F
Connect the Device to the PC via a USB Data cable.
Open Z3X box software and select ADB and go to EFS write/Read menu.
Click the write EFS function and select the downloaded EFS file.
Click on start Flash EFS and wait for the mobile to reboot automatically.
Power ON your Mobile and check your problem is solved.
