Download TWRP PIXEL 6 and customize your PIXEL 6 firmware.

The TWRP Recovery is a custom recovery that allows you to install third–party firmware and backup the current system,

which are often unsupported by stock recovery images.

TWRP Recovery is open-source software available for Android devices, including the Google Pixel 6.

We will be guiding you on how to install TWRP on Pixel 6.

First, you have to unlock your bootloader on your device and then flash TWRP recovery using fastboot commands.

After installing TWRP, you can root your device using Magisk and install any custom ROMs of your choice.

Please note that unlocking your bootloader will void your warranty and you will not be able to claim it back.

Before you begin, please make sure that: You have unlocked the bootloader on your device.

You have installed the latest Android SDK Platform Tools on your computer.

Your device has at least 50% battery charge remaining. Install TWRP on Pixel 6

1. Download the TWRP Recovery image for your device from the TWRP website. DOWNLOAD

2. Extract the downloaded ZIP file to obtain the TWRP Recovery image file (e.g. TWRP–3.2.1–0–sailfish.img).

3. Boot your device into fastboot mode by holding down the Volume Up and Power buttons together until you see the fastboot screen.

4. Connect your device to your computer using a USB cable.

5. Open a command prompt or terminal window on your computer.

6. Type the following command to flash the TWRP Recovery image to your device: fastboot flash recovery TWRP–3.2.1–0–sailfish.img

7. Once the TWRP Recovery image has been flashed, type the following command to boot into TWRP Recovery:

fastboot boot TWRP–3.2.1–0–sailfish.img

You will now be booted into TWRP Recovery.
